Two Ways to Train

Private sessions are designed for swimmers who want focused, individual coaching.

From learning the basics to refining performance.
Choose between a pool session for technical precision or an open-water session for real-world conditions.

Choose your Session

Private sessions are built around your personal goals and current level.
You can train with me in the pool at De Windas for technical precision or in open water around Rotterdam to develop race skills and confidence.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes direct feedback, tailored drills, and clear next steps.

Pool Session

Wednesdays 21:00 – 22:30
€60 per session (incl. VAT)
Swimmer pays lap-swim entry to the pool themselves.

Pool is Zwembad the Windas in Bergschenhoek, or a pool in the Rotterdam Area as arranged by participant.

Other times/ locations possible after phone or mail contact

Focus:

  • Stroke technique and body alignment
  • Breathing rhythm and pacing
  • Efficiency and control
  • Confidence in the water

 

Optional Add Ons: 

  • Video Analysis + Report
  • Nutrition Advice (can also be booked separately)
  • Drylands/ Core stability/ Shoulder stability for swimmers

Open Water Session

Sundays from 10:00 – 12:00
€50 per session (incl. VAT)

Willem Alexander Roeibaan or Zevenhuizerplas near “De Pannenkoe”
Or another safe open water location in the Rotterdam Area

Other locations/ times possible after phone or mail contact.

Focus:

  • Sighting and navigation
  • Starts, buoy turns, and drafting
  • Race pacing and breathing under pressure
  • Feeling safe and in control in open water

Optional Add Ons:

  • Nutrition Advice (can also be booked separately)
  • Drylands/ Core stability/ Shoulder stability for swimmers

 

What to Expect

Each Masterclass is designed to give every participant the attention, feedback, and time needed to make visible progress — without the intensity of a full training camp

Who it's For

Private sessions are suitable for everyone who can at least swim 200m without stopping and is at least at least 10 years old

  • Wetsuit is required below 17 °C (63 °F) in open water
  • Safety buoy is mandatory in open water
  • Sessions may be moved if conditions are unsafe
  • Bring swimsuit goggles, towel, warm clothes, and (for open water) wetsuit
