Before You Book

Swimming Level

You should be able to swim comfortably and safely on your own.

You do not have to be “fast,” and you do not need competition experience.

For open water sessions you must be confident swimming without touching or seeing the bottom.

If you are not sure you’re ready, Schedule  Call first.

Safety first

Open water sessions are coached from a SUP for visibility and direct feedback.
In pool sessions we work in a public lap lane (De Windas, Bergschenhoek).
I expect sensible behavior and full respect for others in the water.

What to bring

Pool: swimsuit, goggles.
Open water: goggles, brightly colored swim cap, and tow float / safety buoy.
A well-fitting wetsuit is strongly recommended in cooler water.
A wetsuit is mandatory below 17°C / 63°F.

What you go home with

You’ll leave with  specific technical focal points, the drills that go with them, and how to train them.


The goal is that you know exactly what to work on next, not “swim more,” but “swim smarter.”

Ideal for clubs, triathletes, and motivated swimmers who want to refine their technique through a mix of discussion, mobility, and coached practice.

Private Sessions

Duration 60 minutes

One-hour 1-on-1 training tailored entirely to your goals.
Each session includes a 10–15-minute introduction call and a structured warm-up swim to observe your stroke before targeted corrections begin.

Optional add-ons: Video Analysis, Nutrition Advice, or a Q&A Session.
