Prices

Open water training sessions are organized as group workouts where swimmers train together according to a structured plan.
You’ll receive a written workout, group guidance, and personal tips during the session, ideal for improving technique, endurance, and open water confidence.

€15 per swimmer per session (60 min)
€120 for a 10-session strip card

*Maximum 8 swimmers per session. Tow float or safety buoy is mandatory. Sessions are weather dependent.*

Flexible & Seasonal options

Open water training runs throughout the spring and  summer season and follows a progressive structure.
You can join single sessions to stay active and work on specific skills, or follow a complete series for steady improvement.
Monthly masterclasses offer a deeper focus on technique and race preparation for triathletes and advanced swimmers.

Groups are organized by level to ensure quality and safety.
Beginners often train on Tuesday afternoons, advanced swimmers and triathletes on Sunday mornings.

Before You Join

  • Being able to swim comfortably is a prerequisite for participation.
  • Most swimmers experience cooling after a short time in the water, so a properly fitting wetsuit is strongly recommended.
  • A wetsuit is mandatory when the water temperature is below 17°C (63°F).
  • A swim cap and goggles are advised for comfort and visibility.
  • For safety, a tow float or safety buoy is required for every swimmer.

Build a confident, efficient freestyle for open water

For whom:

This clinic has been developed to teach freestyle to beginners who have never learned how to swim freestyle.

These lessons are suitable for absolute beginners and pool swimmers new to open water who want to build trust, rhythm, and basic freestyle control.

You’ll get:

  • Guided warm-up and acclimatization routine
  • Foundational freestyle drills (breathing, body position, kick)
  • Direct feedback and correction
  • Key takeaways to practice between sessions
 

What you’ll learn:

  • Body position and balance in open water
  • Relaxed breathing and exhalation
  • Straight-line swimming and gentle sighting
  • Rhythm and stroke consistency in variable conditions
 

After 8 weeks you will be able to swim 250m freestyle without stopping, preparing you for a possible mini-triathlon or just for your own enjoyment.

For whom:
This clinic is for swimmers who can already swim freestyle, but get out of breath fast or want to improve efficiency, breathing rhythm, and confidence over longer distances.
Ideal for triathletes-in-training or fitness swimmers aiming to move from survival to smooth, controlled strokes.

You’ll get

  • Basics & Water Awareness; build comfort, balance, and control in open water.
  • Stroke Development & Breathing; learn smooth freestyle mechanics and relaxed exhalation.
  • Rhythm & Efficiency; find your natural flow and conserve energy with every stroke.
  • Navigation & Orientation ; swim straight, sight effectively, and stay on course

Sharpen your open-water skills under realistic conditions

For whom:
These clinics are designed for experienced swimmers and triathletes who already swim freestyle confidently in open water and can comfortably cover 500 meters.
Perfect for those who want to refine their technique, gain race efficiency, and develop tactical awareness for triathlons and open-water competitions.

You’ll get:

  • Clear explanations and demonstrations before each drill
  • Practical, race-relevant exercises and simulations
  • Direct feedback and individual correction in the water
  • Proven strategies from Olympic experience to transfer pool skill into open-water performance
 

What you’ll learn:

Across three 75-minute sessions, you’ll train in realistic open-water conditions, focusing on the technical details that make the difference on race day:

  • Clinic 1 – Navigation & Breathing Under Pressure:
    Swim straight without losing speed, orient effectively, and control your breathing in crowded or choppy water.

  • Clinic 2 – Drafting & Stroke Rate:
    Learn to draft efficiently, maintain optimal stroke tempo, and swim economically in a pack.

  • Clinic 3 – Starts & Buoy Turns (Advanced):
    Practice fast, controlled starts and efficient buoy turns that keep you on course.

After three focused sessions, you’ll be able to maintain line, rhythm, and control under real race pressure, translating confidence into competitive advantage.

Send your name, swimming background, and contact details.
Once confirmed, you’ll receive location details and pre-session instructions, including safety requirements.

3 – Prepare & Show Up Ready

Check the weather and bring your wetsuit, goggles, swim cap, and mandatory tow float or safety buoy.


Arrive 15 minutes early for the safety briefing and warm-up.
