What happens after your intake

Every service starts with an intake session where we map your goals, daily routine and current eating habits. From there we build a plan that fits your life and your sport.

After the intake you can choose how much guidance you want

  • 1 month plan – short, focused support to get you started
  • 3 month plan – structure, feedback and progress over several training cycles
  • 6 month plan – long term guidance for a full season or major goal

We decide together during the intake which option makes the most sense.

How it works

1. Book your intake
Choose the nutrition service that fits your goals and book your intake session through the online calendar.

2. We define your plan
During the intake we analyse your training, lifestyle and routines, then decide whether a 1, 3 or 6-month plan suits you best.

3. Receive your tailored plan
Within a few days you’ll receive your personalized plan, including practical guidelines and follow-up schedule.

4. Track, adapt and progress
Throughout your chosen plan you’ll get ongoing feedback, check-ins and adjustments to make sure your nutrition supports your goals.
